Livingston Football Club is a Scottish club from Livingston in West Lothian, founded in 1943 as the works team Ferranti Thistle in Edinburgh, later Meadowbank Thistle, and moved to its present home in 1995. It plays at the Almondvale Stadium, a ground of 9,713 places, and competes in the Scottish league. The club won the League Cup in 2004 and reached the top flight three times from very modest beginnings. It plays in amber and black and is nicknamed the Livi Lions.
