Queens Park Rangers FC is an English club from Shepherd's Bush in west London, founded in 1886. It plays at Loftus Road, a ground of 18,439 places, and competes in the Championship. The club won the League Cup in 1967 and finished runner-up in the First Division in 1976. It plays in blue and white hoops and is known as QPR or the Hoops. In the 1980s its artificial pitch was one of the first in English football.
