RC Celta de Vigo is a Spanish football club from Vigo in Galicia, founded on 23 August 1923. It plays at Balaídos, a ground of 24,870 places, and competes in La Liga. The club reached the UEFA Cup quarter-finals in 2001 and the Europa League semi-finals in 2017. It plays in sky blue and is nicknamed Os Celestes. Its rivalry with Deportivo de La Coruña is the Galician derby.
