St Mirren Football Club is a Scottish club from Paisley in Renfrewshire, founded in 1877. It plays at St Mirren Park, a ground of 8,000 places, and competes in the Premiership. The club won the Scottish Cup three times, most recently in 1987, and the League Cup in 2013. It plays in black and white stripes and is nicknamed the Buddies, a local word for the people of Paisley. It has been majority owned by its supporters since 2016.
