Bristol City Football Club is an English club from Bristol, founded in 1894. It plays at Ashton Gate, a ground of about 27,000 places, and competes in the Championship. The club finished runner-up in the First Division in 1907 and reached the FA Cup final in 1909, and it has won the Football League Trophy three times. It plays in red and is nicknamed the Robins. Its rivalry with Bristol Rovers is the Bristol derby.
