New York City FC is an American soccer club from New York City, founded on 21 May 2013 and playing in Major League Soccer since 2015. It plays at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx and at Citi Field, and competes in the Eastern Conference. The club won MLS Cup in 2021. It plays in sky blue, white and orange. It is owned by the City Football Group together with the New York Yankees, and a purpose-built ground in Queens is under construction.
