Ventforet Kofu is a Japanese football club from Kofu in Yamanashi Prefecture, founded in 1965. It plays at JIT Recycle Ink Stadium, a ground of about 15,900 places, and competes in the Japanese league. The club won the Emperor's Cup in 2022 as a second-division side, the first to do so, and went on to the AFC Champions League. It plays in blue and red. Ventforet joins the French words for wind and forest, from the banner of the warlord Takeda Shingen.
