AC Oulu is a Finnish football club from Oulu in the north of the country, formed in 2002 out of the football section of a local sports club. It plays at Raatti Stadium, a ground of about 5,000 places on an island in the Oulu river, and competes in the Veikkausliiga, the Finnish top division. The club has spent six seasons in the top flight and sixteen in the second tier, moving between the two several times. Its colours are navy blue and white. Oulu is the northernmost city with a club in the Finnish premier division.
