The Columbus Crew are an American soccer club from Columbus, Ohio, founded on 15 June 1994 as the first club announced for Major League Soccer. They play at Lower.com Field, a ground of 20,371 places, and compete in the Eastern Conference. The Crew have won MLS Cup three times, most recently in 2023, and the Supporters' Shield twice. They play in black and gold. A supporter campaign stopped the club being moved to Austin in 2018.
