SC Kriens is a Swiss football club from Kriens near Lucerne, founded in 1944. It plays at the Stadion Kleinfeld, a ground of about 5,400 places, and returns to the Challenge League, the Swiss second tier, after promotion from the Promotion League. The club has never played in the top division and has spent most of its history between the second and third tiers. It plays in white and blue. Kriens sits at the foot of Mount Pilatus and is effectively a suburb of Lucerne.
