NK Celje is a Slovenian football club from Celje, founded in 1919. It plays at the Stadion Z'dežele, a ground of 13,059 places, and competes in the PrvaLiga, the Slovenian top division, in which it and Maribor are the only clubs to have played every season since independence. Celje won its first national championship in 2020 and the Slovenian Cup in 2005 and 2025, and reached the quarter-finals of the Conference League. It plays in yellow and blue and is nicknamed Grofje, the Counts, after the medieval Counts of Celje.
