Bologna FC 1909 is an Italian football club from Bologna in Emilia-Romagna, founded on 3 October 1909. It plays at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara, a ground of about 36,500 places, and competes in Serie A. Bologna have won seven Italian championships, most of them in the 1920s and 1930s, and took the Coppa Italia in 2025, ending a wait of more than half a century for a major trophy. The club plays in red and blue and is nicknamed I Rossoblù or I Felsinei, after Felsina, the Etruscan name for the city.
