Heart of Midlothian FC is a Scottish club from Edinburgh, founded in 1874 and the oldest in the Scottish capital. It plays at Tynecastle Park, a ground of about 20,000 places, and competes in the Premiership. Hearts have won four league titles and the Scottish Cup eight times, most recently in 2012. It plays in maroon and is known as the Jam Tarts. Its 1914 side enlisted almost to a man in the McCrae's Battalion, a story the club still marks each year.
