Charlotte FC is an American soccer club from Charlotte, North Carolina, founded on 17 December 2019 and playing in Major League Soccer since 2022. It plays at Bank of America Stadium, shared with the city's NFL team, and competes in the Eastern Conference. The club set a league attendance record of more than 74,000 at its first home match. It plays in blue and black. Its crest carries a crown, after the city named for Queen Charlotte.
