GD Chaves is a Portuguese football club from Chaves in the far north of the country, founded in 1949. It plays at the Estádio Municipal Eng. Manuel Branco Teixeira, a ground of 8,400 places, and competes in Liga Portugal 2. The club has had several spells in the Primeira Liga and reached the Taça de Portugal final in 2017. It plays in red and blue and is nicknamed Os Flavienses, after the Roman name of the town, Aquae Flaviae.
