VfB Stuttgart is a German football club from Stuttgart in Baden-Württemberg, founded on 9 September 1893. It plays at the MHPArena, a ground of about 60,000 places, and competes in the Bundesliga. The club has won five German championships, the last in 2007, and the DFB-Pokal four times, most recently in 2025. It plays in white and red and is nicknamed Die Roten. Mercedes-Benz and Porsche, both based in the city, hold stakes in the football company.
