Fortuna Sittard is a Dutch football club from Sittard in Limburg, formed on 1 July 1968 out of a merger of Fortuna '54 and Sittardia. It plays at the Fortuna Sittard Stadion, a ground of 12,500 places, and competes in the Eredivisie. The club reached the KNVB Cup final three times, most recently in 1999, and has moved between the two national divisions. It plays in yellow and green. Its ground is one of the few in the Netherlands built into a shopping and business complex.
