FC Košice is a Slovak football club from Košice in the east of the country, founded on 27 April 2018 and carrying on the football tradition of a city whose earlier club won two Slovak championships in the 1990s. It plays at the Košická futbalová aréna, a ground of 12,555 places opened in 2022, and competes in the Slovak First Football League. It plays in white and blue. Košice is Slovakia's second city, and the new club climbed from the third tier to the top division in five seasons.
