Östers IF is a Swedish football club from Växjö in Småland, founded in 1930. It plays at the Visma Arena, a ground of about 12,000 places, and competes in the Swedish league. The club won four Swedish championships between 1968 and 1981 with a side built almost entirely from the region. It plays in red and white and is known as Öster. Its titles in the 1970s came from one of the smallest cities ever to dominate Swedish football.
