SK Rapid Wien is an Austrian football club from Vienna, founded on 8 January 1899. It plays at the Allianz Stadion, a ground of 28,345 places, and competes in the Austrian Bundesliga. Rapid has won 32 Austrian championships, more than any other club, and reached the Cup Winners' Cup final in 1985 and 1996. It plays in green and white. The Rapidviertelstunde, the clapping in the final quarter of an hour, is one of the oldest supporter rituals in Europe.
