Over Renfe

Deze omschrijving staat in het Engels.

Renfe is the state owned railway company of Spain, headquartered in Madrid and owned by the Spanish government. Its name comes from Red Nacional de los Ferrocarriles Españoles, the national rail company from which it was separated. Renfe Operadora runs passenger and freight trains on conventional Iberian gauge track, on narrow gauge lines and on the high speed network. Its long distance high speed services carry the AVE name, alongside regional and commuter trains.
