AS Roma is an Italian football club from Rome, founded in 1927 out of a merger of three of the city's clubs. It plays at the Stadio Olimpico, a ground of 70,634 places shared with Lazio, and competes in Serie A. Roma have won the Italian championship three times, the Coppa Italia nine times and the Conference League in 2022 under José Mourinho. It plays in dark red and yellow and is nicknamed I Giallorossi or I Lupi, the Wolves, after the she-wolf of the city's founding legend.
