SK Beveren is a Belgian football club from Beveren in East Flanders, founded in 1936 in Haasdonk. It plays at the Freethiel Stadion, a ground of 8,190 places, and competes in the Belgian second tier. The club's predecessor won two Belgian championships and two cups in the 1970s and 1980s and reached the Cup Winners' Cup semi-finals. It plays in yellow and blue. Beveren lies between Antwerp and Ghent, and the club has long served the Waasland region between them.
