SC Paderborn 07 is a German football club from Paderborn in North Rhine-Westphalia, founded in 1985 in the line of older local clubs. It plays at the Home Deluxe Arena, a ground of 15,000 places, and competes in the 2. Bundesliga. The club reached the Bundesliga in 2014 and again in 2019, and it is the only side in German football to have gone from the third tier to the top and back in successive seasons. It plays in black and blue.
