Sydney FC is an Australian football club from Sydney, New South Wales, founded in 2004 as one of the original A-League clubs. It plays at Allianz Stadium, a ground of about 42,500 places, and competes in the A-League Men. Sydney has won the championship five times and the premiership four times, more than any other club, and took the AFC Champions League in 2005 in the club's first season. It plays in sky blue and is known as the Sky Blues.
