GD Estoril Praia is a Portuguese football club from Estoril in the municipality of Cascais, founded on 17 May 1939. It plays at the Estádio António Coimbra da Mota, a ground of about 5,100 places near the coast, and competes in the Primeira Liga. The club reached the Europa League group stage in 2013 and has otherwise moved between the top two divisions. It plays in yellow and blue and is nicknamed Os Canarinhos, the Canaries. Its youth setup has become one of the more productive in the Lisbon region.
