NEC, in full Nijmegen Eendracht Combinatie, is a Dutch football club from Nijmegen in Gelderland, founded on 15 November 1900. It plays at the Goffertstadion, a ground of 12,650 places set in a large city park, and competes in the Eredivisie. The club reached the KNVB Cup final in 1973, 1983 and 2025 and has played most of the modern era in the top flight. It plays in red, green and black. Its ground was built in the 1930s as a public works project and once held more than fifty thousand.
